What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns. To ensure your satisfaction, please read the detailed descriptions of piece measurements and take a close look at the images of the items for sale. I hope that all my customers are satisfied with the jewelry they purchase from me. I handcraft my jewelry with the utmost care and package it for safe arrival.

If your goods arrive damaged from transit, please use the contact form on this website to let me know about the issue within one week of the item(s) being received.

What kind of material do you use?

I use sterling silver, which is 92.5% silver, for much of my work. In items with a bezel set stone, the bezel is typically made of fine silver or 99% silver.

Sometimes I add embellishments of brass and copper. In all cases, I note the material content in the item description. Stones used will vary and will always be noted in the item description.

How do I know if it fits?

Rings

Having your finger(s) measured by a professional jeweler is always a good first step before purchasing a ring online. However, you can purchase a ring sizer from me for a $5 dollar store credit toward the purchase of a ring from me. I can verify
that the ring for sale matches the size on this ring sizer and let you know if you should size up to account for a wider ring band.

Necklaces

I provide pendant size and chain length in the item descriptions. Nearly all my necklaces have a 2” extender chain to allow you to lengthen if needed (this will be indicated in the description).

At this time, I don’t have an option to change out the chain for longer lengths than described.

Apparel

Please use the size charts in the item description to determine the best fit.

Will you resize a ring for sale in your store?

Due to the time involved, it’s not cost effective for me to resize existing rings. If you don’t see something that fits, you can always let me know what size you’re interested in via the contact form, and I’ll add it to my list of sizes to make in the future.

I can’t make any promises, but it’s handy for me to know what folks are interested in when I’m choosing what sizes to produce.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I’m not taking custom orders.

Where do you ship?

I only ship to the United States.

What shipping service(s) do you use?

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and provide a tracking number and
shipping insurance for the value of the item(s) purchased.

How long does it take for you to ship an order?

All jewelry items will be shipped within 5 business days of full payment received.

Apparel is printed on demand and ships separately, directly from the printer. See the shipping guidelines in the item description and checkout when ordering apparel.

What are your efforts to operate sustainably?

Whether this is a gift for yourself or someone else, all of my pieces come packaged in a kraft box, wrapped in tissue paper, and on a jewelry card made with recycled paper. The tissue paper and my business card and care card are made from sustainably sourced paper products and my mailers are made from recycled plastic or paper.

I use recycled silver as much as possible, even recycling it within my own studio. Additionally, I source my stones from ethical suppliers. Much of the rough or raw stone I buy comes directly from the rockhounds themselves!
